I woke up at 6am and just laid in bed, trying to relax. My back was pretty sore, so that was why I was trying to relax. It's not as bad as it was a few days ago, for which I'm grateful. It seems I've transitioned to a kind of biphasic sleep schedule without intending to. The kids are good about letting me nap. Today I napped at about 5pm for 40 minutes with my 3-year-old daughter. She stayed sleeping, but my son woke me up saying, "Papa, you sleeped for a long time. Wake up now, please." My back muscles are still very sore, but at least I'm able to function now. I went to sleep with the kids again at 9pm.
